Shipping policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

All items shipped within the UK are delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery and fully insured. Delivery is free for orders over £100. For orders under £100, there is a £8.00 delivery charge.
We aim to dispatch all in stock items within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking reference.
No orders are dispatched on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.
If you have selected the Click and Collect option, please collect from our store within the normal business hours. You will need to bring your order reference number which will be on your confirmation email along with proof of ID.

Shipping times for any bespoke, personalised and made to order products will be between 4 - 6 weeks, we will message you to discuss delivery expectations after your order has been processed.
For urgent orders, please email us and we will aim to dispatch the item(s) as soon as we can.

In the unlikely event your item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with a new delivery date. You’ll have the opportunity to cancel your order at this point if you’re not happy with the time quoted.
 If we are unable to supply an item we will contact you with an option to supply an alternative item or refund your payment.
If you order more than one item you may receive multiple shipment emails and items may arrive separately.

Please note, all our shipping is tracked and will require a signature on delivery.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept international orders.
