All items shipped within the UK are delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured. Delivery is free for orders over £100. For orders under £100, there is a £8.00 delivery charge.

All our “in stock” jewellery is despatched within 5 working days and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking reference.

Shipping times for any bespoke, personalised and made to order products will be between 4 - 6 weeks, we will message you to discuss delivery expectations after your order has been processed.

Online orders can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange.
To enable us to process your return more efficiently, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by emailing sales@anupamjewellers.co.uk and explaining the reasons for your return, including your order number and contact details
All items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your return to be eligible for a refund. No exchange or refund will be applied for orders received after the 14 days.
